Happy New Year Mary! Sending warm thoughts from Florida and really excited to follow this blog. Consider it bookmarked!
I’m interested in exploring the common themes that make all sorts of communities, work places and professional environments more inclusive, equitable and diverse. I’m frustrated by groups that work in engineered isolation and aren’t brave enough to listen to others before speaking. I’m sick of paywalls that keep me away from info I need. I’m so over algorithms that decide what I see and are too easily manipulated and I’m bummed that I have to constantly consider who paid for what in order to make educated decisions. Summary of this rant: I’m exhausted. Knowing you, I know this blog with be a breath of fresh air, free from these frustrations and full of reinvigorating ideas. I’m looking forward to following and super excited that you are starting this project! Yay 2022 and Mary!
